I see, thank you for providing more information. It seems like you're encountering a message indicating that the app doesn't work on rebooted mobiles after downloading a licensed app.

This message might be related to a specific app's compatibility or permissions settings. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:

1. **Clear App Cache and Data**:
- Go to Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Storage > Clear Cache and Clear Data.

2. **Reinstall the App**:
- Uninstall the app, then download and install it again from a trusted source like the Google Play Store.

3. **Check App Permissions**:
- Make sure the app has the necessary permissions enabled in your device settings.

4. **Reboot Your Phone**:
- Try rebooting your phone and see if the issue persists.

5. **Contact App Support**:
- If the issue persists, consider reaching out to the app's support team for further assistance.

If none of these steps work, it might be a specific issue with the app itself. You may want to check if there are any known compatibility issues with your device model.
