Galaxy Note
The Samsung flagships S9/N9 and the previous S8/N8 don't have the new OpenGL drivers, which Mali have already added support to Ext_Buffer_Storage functionality. As shown in the forum: https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-ext-buffer-storage-is-now-supported-by-arm. OEMs like Samsung should regularly update their GPU drivers for mali devices (Exynos variet), which indeed Mali has already provided, and fix it in the monthly security updates. However Samsung does comment on this, that it will in next update, which is basically on P OS, and is expected to reach my Note8 in April. Believe it or not, the Snapdragon 835 vs Mali in GPU scores are horrible, and yes even modern games like PUBG doesn't support HDR for Exynos Note8 and S8, even fortnite runs max graphics at medium, so it is requested that, if Samsung would provide necessary mali gpu drivers, the issues might be fixed.
