REFUND confirmation.

It's in many newspaper articles that we can get a refund for our note 7 in UAE. Lots of posts here claiming they can do it. but can someone actually confirm that you got your money back?. cause I couldn't.

please give information about the refund. we dont want to know if you want to keep the phone. Its a really good phone but its not worth the risk of getting burnt with permanent scars. you will not be allowed to travel with it. Please give information about the refund. Because Sharaf DG is giving a gift card which is useless. i need the cash so i can purchase what ever i want from where ever i want. its not their choice its mine.
