RAM Management after One UI 5.0 update

RAM Management on my Note 20 Ultra after One UI 5.0 upgrade has become worst. Any application I open refreshes within few mins of keeping it in background even after having 12 GB RAM 😡

I didn't face such a issues. Even it is working better for me. But battery is worst.

How did you update? I used smart switch and later did a factory reset.
You can try resetting phone. Not sure about the results but it will be smoother for sure.
