Hi,

I recently purchased Note 8 and i have fallen in love with it. But i have noticed a few things that are a matter of concern.

1) There is absolutely no option for Quick launch camera. I know there is an option to double tap the power button to launch the camera but i cannot find any way to unable it. Have checked everything from the camera app to advanced features options.

2) Also i'm not being able to take screen shot as well. (By pressing the home and power button together.)

3) Led light seems fine during charging but does not show led notification when there are notifications even though it is turned on. Even the edge light is enabled but does not light up when there is a notification.

I think there is some software glitch as the hardware seems fine.

Kindly help me out and solve this issue of mine.

Thanks.

Thanks for being with Samsung and sharing your concern. We would like to inform you that use the following methods to capture a screenshot. Captured screenshots will be saved in
Gallery.
• Key capture: Press and hold the Volume Down key and the Power key simultaneously.
• Swipe capture: Swipe your hand to the left or right across the screen.
• Air command capture: Detach the S Pen from the slot to open the Air command panel,
and then tap Screen write. Refer to Screen write for more information.
Also would like to tell you quick launch camera is not available in samsung Note 8 device.

Thanks for the screenshot tip. It's working.
Regarding the quick camera launch ( by pressing the power button twice), i saw a few youtube videos where it is enabled. Are you sure it's not in note 8 device yet? Or is it not launched in Indian handsets? Kindly Confirm. Thanks
