Prblem in charging

My Note 20 is 4 months old, the charger type c is charging on only onde side when I reverse it it doesn't charge and stay connect and disconnect

Hi, have you tried with another cable?

Change the cable with a authentic one dont use after market cheap ones as i hade the same problem before on my note 10+

It's the original cable, and I have tried other cables same issue.

Then clean the USB port
You can actually turn off your phone
Drop a little bit of water . Use a tooth brush then let it dry and start your phone to try
