I am using a US model Note 20 Ultra 5G, whenever I activate the power saving mode, the entire top row just below the camera becomes insensitive or totally not able to touch. But when using the stylus, there is no such problem, only using a finger to touch, it is not able to activate anything. A potential way to solve the problem is either to use a stylus or to swipe down the notification numerous time so as to temporarily remove the problem. Any idea why?
Hi, that might be due to some third party app, that crashes in the background. >Please make sure your device software is up-to-date. (Settings > Software update >Download and install). >After that update all your apps from both Playstore and Galaxy store. >Optimise your device (Settings > Battery and Device care) and try again. If that doesn't work, >Apply a forced restart. (Press and hold the power button and volume down button together for 10-15 seconds till phone shows the Samsung logo). If still the same, >Check in safe mode (Press and hold the power off button. ( 🔴 Red button on the screen).To exit the safe mode, just restart the device).
