I'm using Samsung Galaxy A30

I have uninstalled apps and my phone has enough space, yet this message won't go

Hi, I am not sure which app creates this problem, but try this.
Open Settings > Apps > three dot on the right > sort by > size
Now you can see the apps which used the most amount of storage. Click on that app and clear storage.

Let me know whether it worked.

your phone had been hacked... please go to nearest SAMSUNG store and format your phone and upload latest software via computer. that will help you out. .. cheers 😊

If your phone is misbehaving, it's possible that a third-party app is causing the issue. To figure out what app is acting funny, you can use the Safe Mode feature. In Safe Mode, your phone won't run any third-party apps. This allows you to easily identity and remove the app that may be causing the problem.

Turning on Safe Mode is as easy as it is safe. First, completely power off the phone. Then, power on the phone and when the Samsung logo appears, press and hold down the Volume Down key. If done correctly, "Safe Mode" will display on the bottom left corner of the screen. If "Safe Mode" does not appear, repeat the steps above.

Once you're in Safe Mode, you can remove the third-party app that is causing issues on your phone.

To exit Safe Mode, simply restart your phone and it will reboot normally.

Note: You can also enter Safe Mode by pressing the Power key, touching and holding the Power off icon, and then touching the Safe Mode icon.

hi, Reset your phone, probably malware. You can upload you files to samsung cloud but that wont really help since they will be back once you are done resetting. What you can do is that transfer your important files in an external storage device and then reset your phone.

You can kindly avail a space as below: -Settings
-Device care
-Memory/Storage
-Optimize
If the issue still exists, You can diagnose the root causal of your case by setting the device to the safe mode as some third party apps might cause a bug in your device.

You can activate the Safe Mode option through the following steps:

- Restart your device
- When it shows Samsung logo, you have to press and hold the volume down key till you reach Safe Mode
- You can try to observe the device for Two or Three hours
If the device is working fine in the safe mode, it means that this issue caused by some Third party apps you already installed on your device in the normal mode. Kindly check your Third party apps. and remove them one by one until resolving the issue.

If the issue still exists Kindly set a backup for your data using the following steps:

-Settings
-Accounts and backup
-Backup and restore
-Backup data

Then you will be able to reset your phone to the factory default settings using the following steps:

-Settings
-General management
-Reset
-Factory data reset
