Actually, it is a hardware limitation so Note 10 and S10 series have not received it. Nay be they make some tweaks to this feature and release it later.

I don't think it's hardware limitation as when my phone just got updated it was available and and used it and it was working fine but after 30min it has been removed from the phone

I know this. Actually, it was given universally to all phones getting Android 12 then after sometime of setup depending on the models, it was removed.

So, they say we remove those feature which might harm the device. Like extra dim they say could harm the display as it forced the display to go below their lowest level of brightness so not all devices may support it.
