I am having a hard time with my note 10 . The dual wats app messenger nothing seems to be opening can't click and send pictures can't download pdf s or media files .highly disappointed and having a really difficult time since communication is becoming really difficult with these major issues .. Samsung kindly help and fix as it is not a small issue to be taken lightly.
