Pin required to turn off the phone

How to enable the setting in note 20 ultra where pin is required to turn off the phone. My note 20 ultra is not asking for the pin before switching off

It will all only for PIN if the phone is locked.

It's by default(if pin is one of the unlock methods)

It works only when your device screen is locked,when your device screen is on,it won't ask for any pin
