I'm unable to shoot videos in 3840*2160 on my note 9 after the update..
I am only able to use 2224*1080 after the update..
I don't find 3840*2160 option in my video size settings

click blue colored resolution menu, it will pop up resolutions options, in that you can change the resolutions
