Hi My Galaxy note 9 sometimes showing 'Moisture detected errot with yellow character, warning signal on blavk screen' and do not allow charging through orignal wall charger.
Sametime if I charge this through power bank or wireless charger this issue dissapear and phone charges without error. I have seen this issue with other user as well. I am finding answers for below questions. Please support.
Is this a known issue/bug with Samsung phones? What is the permanent resolution?
