Do any one get lags while playin pubg mobile on note 9 exynos ? I'm not getting a constant FPS and the game does lags and stutters. My rendering area is 300m if enemies are running or moving on vehicles fast which is normal.
I've recently downloaded PUBG from Galaxy store ,played the game its it's surprising that I didn't get any lag or shutter but I noticed some features like BP BP purchase, treasure etc... in shop are hidden. I uninstalled and downloaded the game from play store but it lags like same.
Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1- Update the pubg game application.
2- Kindly re- installs pubg game.
3- Go to settings > apps > pubg > storage > clear cache.
4- Clear the RAM memory of device (Settings > Device care > Memory > Clean Now).
5- Stop the background running app (Tap on the left soft key and close all the running apps).
For further assistance, register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > click on “+“icon > send feedback > error report/ask questions).
Before opening the game. I'll force stop background running applications, clear RAM memory etc... Do all kind of possible things to free up memory and processor. I launch game from game launcher keeping it in performance mode. but even doing all these,the game just run horrible. it's the first time I'm seeing an Exynos lags terribly on game.
