Please who have plan to buy note 20ultra change your mind, one of the worse mobile i saw in my life. If we make a calls or video calls mobile will get over heat...and the stupid customer care teams giving us the suggestions to turn of all the things then only you can use. Please let me know how many time we need to keep it truned off? each 5minutes? Then my queation is why we need to buy a smart phone? simply we can choose a normal phone.

Bro find yourself an exit 1- Uninstall all unnecessary apps or disable them 2- Disable all those feature that you dont use 3- disable wireless fast charging 4- if it is not necessary dont use fast charging feature 5- use device care optimization feature at the end of the day That should help alot as it did with my note 10+
Sam problem? But I turn off the phone until the temperature drops. When using video calls or some apps goes up fast, but we're used to it from Samsung. Many times I complete uses and calls on the iPhone 7
So basically in a way you have destroyed your phone anyway because the first version of Android Oreo was the best version then came Android Pie in my experience I am using Galaxy M30 Indian variant doesn't matter from which country you buy your Samsung Galaxy smartphone or Tablet starting from Android Pie all have experienced a lot of issues till Android 10 and the next version as well never update your phone because of these new I don't know if it's old but still their marketing strategy is so bad and then here are you coming to this community or anywhere you could contact Samsung customer care service in any of your country region you bought your phone in. Now the lesson we have learnt is do not even upgrade from Oreo version ever even if you get new features you will still get new bugs and little and lags a lot!
