OneUI 3Beta update on Note 10 plus Paytm App now says my phone is rooted

Hi all,

After upgrading to the latest oneUi 3.0 beta update, paytm app now says the device is rooted. Of course it isnt. But why is it saying so. Samsung support please look into this.

why would you install the beta?
it is not signed by google and these problems are common.

ohh ! didnt know that. but a device is rooted once the safetyNet apis fails. so thats whats happening here ?

Beta releases have these issues in common. The API is fine. Beta is not signed by Google and these apps do not recognize non signed firmwares and builds. Even if you go to Google Play store and check play certification, it should say device is not certified. The stable update will resolve all these issues.
