Since the big OneUI 2.1 update and the smaller update that came a few days later, the color of the home/start screen text always changes to black, regardless of the wallpaper color, after having used Samsung Dex.
Scenario: darker wallpaper on phone = white texts (status bar, app/folder names).
Connect to display device for Samsung Dex: all those items change to black on phone.
Change wallpaper again, text goes back to white as normal, but change back to black as soon as you hook the phone up to something that triggers Dex.
Would be great if this inconvenience, that wasn't there before, will be addressed.
