The  One UI 3.1 update has finally arrived for note 10 plus here in India.

Update Size is 1035.78 MB

camera quality has improved, especially of the front camera.
Still couldn't see the object remover tool in the gallery's editor.

Already checked that but labs option is not showing up on note 10 plus device at this moment.

It has already started rolling once again after it was halted due to some bugs reported, as of now the new update has reached many of the European countries like Germany.
It will arrive here in India as well probably by next week.
