Interesting to note that stable Android 12, One UI 4.0 got released in Switzerland and even after few days it hasn't expanded to any other markets outside Switzerland this includes the markets where they were beta testing in the first place
Considering hardware wise they are same I don't see much problem there, but country specific software issues might bring in complication, then its how you design the system to be loosely coupled that matters here
