One UI Animation flicker

After turning on the reduced animations setting. As shown in video after 29 second mark. The animation flickers when opening up an app. It is visible on top of the screen. I have slowed the video so it is better visible. It doesn't happen when reduced animation setting is off.

The issue is solved for me.. got the motherboard 3
times changed from service center for different issues everytime, and 1 time each Display panel and battery ..Note 10+ might be my last note until Samsung brings Snapdragon in their Flagships in India. Exynos is nowhere near Snapdragon whatever the Samsung may say..

try getting your device flashed from a service centre

I factory reset it. still happening. but it is more visible at night time.

factory reset won't help because it's a animation jitter with in the software, so either try getting it flashed or wait till this issue is addressed and fixed by Samsung itself

service center guys don't get any special software that is different than one we get over the air. I can flashed the software from home but the issue is still there.
