One UI 2 upgrade with Android 10 for Note 9

I haven't received the One UI 2 upgrade with Android 10 for my Galaxy Note 9. While the official list from Samsung states that the update has already been sent in January 2020.

I haven't even received the security update. The last time I received was October 2019.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

I m using android 10 in note 9 manually update no data dell or no other issue its official

ya smart switch se try kro inshAllah app ki problems resolved ho jay gye.
