at present note 9 is confirmed mostly s9 may also get

They are still testing, which means it will be released only if overall phone stability is achieved as the update features a ton of S20 features which the S9/ N9 won't be able to handle.

it can handle bro... note 10 lite which runs on same chipset Exynos 9810 got the update of 2.1....so technically note 9 can handle it
