yes bro that is true ... your device eligible to receive os update according to that country only ..but I think in Dubai also it released many days before.... now only possible way by you is ... flash Dubai firmware by using Odin tools if you know the procedure because none of the service center in India can't help you regarding this as they only provide country wise firmware

yes bro thats i told .... flash Dubai firmware by using Odin tools.... find a person who can do it properly... Samsung official website is Odin only but they can't provide because only Indian firmware provided by them
