Notification issue in one ui 3.1

Every single time google releases a new version of android, the existing UI gets effected. This time samsung selected  notification settings to malfunction. Suddenly the option to appear notification popup to show conten in lock screen got disabled .

Infact the option itself got removed from settings. Only to hide content and stop notification option is appearing

And now have to wait till the release of ONE UI 3.1.1 to get this fixed.

Its already done. And got the same reply long back, but no resolution till date
