Note9 ONE UI problem with navigation bar

Time to time on my note9 navigation bar dissapears multitask icon and only restart helps

any suggestion?

one ui is half backed and full of bugs. no fix. launcher also crashes now and then. restating your phone is the only way to fix it. that is it.
