Hi,

I am unable to exchange My Samsung Galaxy Note 8 while buying Galaxy Note20.

Tried this with even other Flagship phones but Note 8 exchange isnt available.

Why?

Don't try to exchange it online. Go to near Samsung Hub or Retail Store. Exchange from there.
