Note20 Exynos or SnapDragon ?

The truth is out that performance and battery usage at 3hrs of snapdragon is better by 15% on S20. Battery life 59% of E and 71% on S

The question here is will this also happen for the Note20? If so and Exynos comes to GCC regions i wont upgrade it unless Samsung proves that they could go above SnapDragon on performance with the Exynos chip.
