Hi, Clear cache and data of camera app.
(Press and hold camera app > i-more info > Storage >Clear Cache > Clear Data.)
You are also recommended to clear your cache partition after every updates.
(Simply connect your device to the computer via data cable (or just insert a c-ported headset) > Switch off your device >Press and hold, power button + volume-up button for 4-5 seconds till the phone turn on and boot into the recovery mode.
Use volume keys to navigate to 'wipe cache partition.' Use power key to select and confirm. Then reboot your device. This will not effect any personal data or settings.)

I have faced the same issue twice. I believe it will be sorted with the next update. Meantime, if you are trying to change background effect after capturing a shot and if it doesn't change, simply press back button and change the background effect again and it will work.

Yes it works, but it takes time to edit unlike before you can edit it on the spot without the need to exit and reopen again the editor. 😁

Inshalla they can fix it soon.
