So I bought it in one place, then moved to another, where this device is not updated when the region is changed.🥴🥴🥴

If you change region there are high chances you won't get updates. I suggest you to take it to a service center and tell them to manually flash the latest firmware

hi dear without doing that I got latest ui 2.1 thanks for your reply now am waiting for ui 2.5 maybe that is the last update for note 9 you get it or not?
