I bought my phone in Kenya but it was imported from the UAE...I'm trying to use Samsung pay but my visa card unfortunately cannot be recognised. Please help!
you will have to flash local/Kenyan Note9 Rom. but Warning! if you are not comfortable with doing so or did not do it before do not attempt it yourself. have some phone shop or local Samsung service center try it. this will delete all your files so make sure to backup first!
