Note 9 issues after update to Android Pie

After updating my Galaxy Note 9 to Android Pie i have found the following issues.

1- When connecting Bluetooth Headsets the notification sound rings via bluetooth only not same before the notification rings on both the device and Bluetooth.

2- No 4k option in the video capturing mode.

3- Battery consumption is higher than the previous version.
