Galaxy Note
My brand new note 9 which is still under warranty is heating on the left side of the screen, closer to where the Bixby button is. Is it about to blow up ? I need urgent support.
This happened after the February update I think.
Battery temperature while screen off.. is around 37c.
I might sue Samsung if you dont give me a solution. Or a corrective update. 😄
By the way I'm nowhere close to the Samsung repair centre so don't ask me to go there.

This is not a battery issue.
I did a factory reset.
Then I contacted Samsung local. They said that they only do faulty parts replacements. Not one to one phone replacements. Never. Even if they found fault inside.
I didn't sign up for faulty parts replacement if a manufacturer fault is realised.
This will void the waterproof seal and satisfaction.
Samsung Sri Lanka.
