Note 9 Security Updates

My Note 9 which I bought from UAE and I currently stay in London has the last security update from 1st March 2019. I haven't got any updates for the all the security patches including the Night Mode in camera still. I tried to reach out to Samsung Service center in London, unfortunately they couldn't push any updates as they mentioned the phone was purchased in UAE.

Can anyone please help me out. #Samsung

Hi, go to Samsung members main page and press get help at the bottom of the screen.

Unfortunately I am not able to find the Help at the bottom of the screen. Can you please help me redirect.

Check the screenshots, you can also write to Samsung directly through "send feedback"
