Note 9 Dual Whstapp Problem

My Dual WhatsApp storage not found and I format the mobile also but I didn't get back. I cannot take pictures/make videos while inapp. I cannot share anything from the gallery. The gallery folder is not updating at all. Whatever is in chat, it is there. In addition , half of it cannot be forwarded or shared.

 My WhatsApp are not backing up also..what happening samsung also didn't give any solution for this problem

Hi,

The issue caused in Dual WhatsApp as recently WhatsApp upgraded its version and it changed the file path where all media files are to be saved.

Due to this change, Dual Messenger didn't sync media saved at new path and so this is causing problem.

Samsung is trying to solve the problem quickly by contacting WhatsApp team.

For further assistance, please call the Samsung call center.
