Note 9 Battery Drain identified the Root Cause!!!!!

Hey Samsung,

I have already posted my problem in earlier post about the Android System service how it drains my mobile battery..

I have tested and got to narrow down the reason for battery drain.

Switched on Airplane Mode - Battery at 92% at night and after 8 hours still 88% battery power remains.

Switched off Airplane mode - Battery at 92% and after 8 hours only 73% battery power remained.

Mobile Network during idle state is drinking the battery juice. Please test thoroughly and identity the root cause
to fix this issue.

how's your signal strength broh...if you're having weak signal battery drainage is normal with the numbers you've given here. If this is happening with full signal, better you hit the service centre.

today again after 20 days, i noticed that my phone charged upto 88% then after that it went  to 80% then it took half an hour to charge from 80% again to charge 88% then after it goes directly to 94% , but the battery after i used phone was normal.... so i want to know is it normal, on samsung nembers i checked the status of battery , there it showed battery status normal,

so i want to know that my phone is normal....

na doesnt work. even exynos s9 and s9+ have strange battery drain and they haven't responded. even #androidauthority or so had asked. there was no reply. i am also onr amongst them.😩😡
