Note 8 bluetooth not working

I'm unable to turn on my bluetooth. I cleared the memory and cache already

did you checked the phone by samsung interactive checkup ?
, it is inside samsung member app.

i can't even enable the bluetooth at all. Could you advice me where i can get the interactive checkup as i searched within the member app but didn't find it

also, did this issue happen only with one headset/speaker?
did you try to connect your phone with other sets?

did you tried to connect to apple product. if not, you have problem with your telephone you should repair it.

Hi dear, try a networko reset by going into SETTINGS > GENERAL MMANAGEMENT > RESET . RESET NETWORK SETTINGS.

Thanks Mittu, i followed your instruction but the problem still exists. Is there anyway where i can uninstall the bluetooth and install it again?
