I hope that someone from Samsung read this.
even with N7 issue I was willing to go for other Samsung products.
But after Samsung Gulf treatment I decided not to go for any of their products even if I will lose my note 7 money.

we are customers that have rights and you need to respect this Samsung.

I loved note 7 and all Samsung products but the representative we have in UAE are shit. until this date 16 oct 2016 they are still thinking to decide what to do about the refund. The only reason will keep me away from Samsung is this let the company hear how there people sucks in gulf.

for the online purchase of note 7 experience is more trouble some...loyal customers a lesson to be learnt from this....its like we are in hell now before seeing it.

I had just come back from Samsung store and until now they didn't receive confirmation to refund N7 ...Jumbo started refund without waiting Samsung confirmation cause they respect their customers and to keep their reputation...
