Samsung keeps asking us to power down and return the phone in this latest issue with Note 7 but we do not keep extra phones handy to use whenever samsung asks us to power down their devices. I have only the Note 7 so what will I do until they decide what they will do if I switch off and return my phone to them? Why cant Samsung issue a refund notice for Note 7s? Isnt customer satisfaction important to them anymore? I have been a loyal samsung customer but fed up now.
same prblm 4 me.am still using this.and am going to my cntry with in 2-3 days.and coming back after 2 or 3 months.thn how can i return my note7.what i can do.(am now @ UAE).pls advice me..
