I have galaxy note 4. 2 years back after an update phone started restarting and stopped showing network. I took it to Samsung service center they say this phone is old we can't repair it buy new phone.

You have downgrade the software through Odin there are plenty of videos to downgrade your phone

Yes, Note 4 is indeed the best phone of that period...and Yes, Samsung killed that through updates. After Note 4, Note 8 was Great, I advice everyone who hold Note 8, Please do not update as phone is old now and samsung will eventually kill it through updates ( I.e. see last year July updates )...
