I have updated to one UI 5.0 & white screen problem started, went to samsung service center & done software restore but no use. Now they ask me to change the display & they won't do it under FOC just because it is note series!

I never had this kind of issue with apple even though they use samsung spares. I think it is just a bad execution from samsung. But with iphone I never had an issue it lasts long & gets updates regularly for 5 years min

My brother's Apple iPhone 10 display got green line but luckily it was under warranty and he got free replacement

Years ago my younger brother's apple iPhone 5s straight up dead after 1 year, they are asked 15,000 INR to replace the full logic board.

Bro service people completely changed the software there is no use! When you update there is a bug which is destroying your display, when I called customer service they suggested me that if yoh would have turned on security before update you would have never faced such an issue! Seriously hoe many people know that there is security toggle in your samsunv device?
