I have updated to one UI 5.0 & white screen problem started, went to samsung service center & done software restore but no use. Now they ask me to change the display & they won't do it under FOC just because it is note series!

If you can tolerate it wait for a bug fix to fix it
Or exchange the device on samsung.com for new Galaxy or wait for Galaxy S23 to release and upgrade the device.

They won't accept for exchange stating that the display need to be changed which is 24000 & then they'll give you a exchange value of 28000 for a new device. After seeing all this chaos I won't think I wanna buy a samsung again because even s22 ultra has the same issue & samsung don't wanna accept that

In my understanding brand like apple, LG and other Chinese also has the same issue or even worse. Due to bad luck you same 😔. Those who faced screen issues on Galaxy S22 got a free replacement.

Let me tell u a funny thing Mr ram, incase u have Samsung care+ then also u won't get replacement. The reason is they will yell the words "physical damage" and lose back panel as it will come out because of bad glue when they check it and then will blame the user.

I have faced a similar issue, and u can chk my post for complete update. Let me tell u a fact "face it" either pay for display or buy a new phone.

TRUE! The response I got from the samsung was the same pay for it. But my point is why we should pay for samsungs mistake? Haven't we paid enough already? After such kind of experience I should appreciate small brands like MI, realme & iqoo. At least there phones won't get bricked after a simple software update

100% agreed, I was in mood to upgrade to s23 ultra from note 20 ultra but now I doubt it. Maybe iphone will be a good option (atleast the back cover wont fall off without any physical damage).

Currently I am in a state of dilemma..... Samsung or iphone.
