if you are not using the phone in HK, than no update. every region has own time. you can flash ur phone or buy GCC spec phone

please check before saying wrong information, HK and Taiwan didn't yet receive the Android 11 update so far, update will work based on the origin of the phone and you will get where ever you are on the planet.

update will come when it's available in HK which is not pushed there yet,

You are right. Irrespective of where you use the device, the device will get update once it's available for the home region.
