Hey guys,

Can someone help me incase if the phone is completely shattered and nothing is functional and the phone is protected under samsung care. What will happen either the phone would be replaced or it would be repaired.

If it happened accidentally and you have a proper care plus plan, then ig they should replace it.

Yeah, that's what I am thinking because the phone is not functional at all

If it is protected , most probably it will be repaired, replacement are not done very often
