I purchased a note 20 ultra on 31.08.2020. It has many problems including  rapid drying of battery from 100 to 0 percent just in 5 hous, heating issue. I contacted a salesman of store but they sent it in service  center for repair.  I want replacement of phone . Till now I didn't get any response from service center or store.
