Note 20 ultra batter charging issue

Dear all, 

My note 20 ultra 5g is just 6 months old..and the battery with super fast charging feature @25 w takes too long time to charge..at times it predicts the battery to charge within 60 minutes but it takes 120 minutes..and at times the charging got stuck and doesn't go agead rather the battery percentage starts decreasing ....kindly support

Well, i want to ask a few points:
1. Hows the temperature there? Higher then 42 degree?
2. Is that same happen during night charging?
3. At what percentage it got stuck?
4. How did you update your mobile, via OTA or smart switch?

First of all thank you sir and here are the replies to your questions....

The temperature is around 42 here at rajasthan...during night it is not happening...at sround 70% it gets stuck sometime but not always...i updated it via OTA..

Cool. Now, i think you have your answer...
Note 20 Ultra stop charging when temp raise to 40+ or mobile temp upto 50 max... It wont charge. You can feel that heat in your hands. Same happened with me too.
I suggest you to charge at night to avoid any heat damage to phone. Thanks
