Note 20 ultra back panel coming off

Is this much gap ok for note 20 ultra or my back panel is coming off ? 

The gap is not present on the other side of the phone as shown in the video

Faced same problem in my note10plus...go to service center and put new adhesive there to get rid of this panel gape.

Cost for new adhesive?

If your phone is in warranty, cost will be free otherwise you can go for private shop, the charge would be normal like 100 to 200.

Private shops apply that liquid glue which will not set like new phone......there will be gap due to thickness of that glue and I hate that 😫

I also went to the private shop itself and they gave it to me in 10 minutes after putting the phone on the adhesive. It's been 6 months. Not out yet.

My phone looks like new one, noone can say that i applied new adhesive on my back panel.

Actually I purchased this phone second hand a few weeks ago ....the person from whom I purchased this told me that the phone is under warranty and the first owner of this phone was a samsung employee who purchased a demo unit

This is back panel issue I faced it on S20FE, replacing the back tape is the only solution so be hurry before your device internal gets filled with dust and moisture.

Note: it cost me around 300 or below 300 rupees.
