Note 20 ultra Network issue

Hi All,

I am facing very big delay around 7 o 8 seconds while switching my mobile data from sim1 to sim2 and while switching while network is going down for a while and can't able to access internet until I toggle mobile data in notification panel.

Is this happening for all note 20 ultra user 

Service center guys said they may fix in next update as it is 5g and all but not happening in other sets.

Anyone can help

it also depends on the sim...
like when I turn on mobile data on jio it turns on immediately and when BSNL it takes time

but I am using jio and airtel and I have tested them in note 9 all working fine in this note 20 ultra only facing issue

okay then first virtually test your phone in the care app... if you get any issue then thats fine or you can take it to service center

It will get fixed in new update. Presume october update is out for note 20 users.

I am facing same issue with Airtel sim.

Same sim works absolutely fine in note9

Can anyone suggest, what to do?

I already visited service centre 8 times and called customer care more than 40 times. But samsung aftersale service is worst.
