Note 20 battery

Hi, 

I just got a new Note 20 and the battery seems to be draining quickly. 

This is the first time I'm using Android and Samsung shifting from an iPhone.. 

Is there something ib have to turn off etc??

I was trying to say that by detailed battery stats, you may understand that which app or activity is consuming more of your battery Juice. And if you display setting ie resolution is also quad HD will consume more battery. Just check.

Hello Qamar, wlecome to samsung. Here are some tips regarding your query.
》Always keep your device software up-to-date. (Settings > Software update > Download and install.)
》Update all apps from both Playstore and Galaxy store.
》Uninstall unwanted apps.
》Add all the irrelevant apps to deep sleeping apps. (Settings > Battery and Device care > Battery > Background usage limits > Put unused apps to sleep/ > 'Deep sleeping apps')
Please note that, deep sleeping apps never works in the background.
》Optimise your device (Settings > Battery and Device care > Optimise)
》Perform a forced restart. (Press and hold the power button and volume down button together for 10-15 seconds till phone shows the Samsung logo.)
》Use Dark mode whenever possible.

Sell it, Don't do any above advise. Doing all above advise means carrying 3310 in high price. Heheheheh

At expert level and samsung specialist what are you guys advising here. He has new phone, why he should come to customer service. Or turn of his options which u paid so much money for it.
