Note 20 Ultra not charging with 2 in 1 Samsung Powerbank

I tried connecting my cable to the Samsung 2 in 1 powerbank to charge my Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. But it did not charge my phone. The powerbank was fully charged. Also it could wirelessly charge my phone, but not through the cable. I use to same cable to charge my phone with the adapter and it works. So there is no fault with the wire.

Anyone else facing this issue?

And how to make it right?

Check the USB port on the power bank.

Same issue with me..

Actually the thing is, the Samsung cable coming with Note 20 ultra superfast charger is same from both ends and the power bank has that big port so it is not supporting charging which is totally unfair and wastage of money for our power bank.

Please help us with this issue, how to charge our quite expensive Note 20 ultra with our power banks.
