Note 20 Ultra mother board problem within 8 months of purchase. After replacement under warranty phone is still getting hanged, apps crashing, getting heated up while using camera app, doesn't feel the refresh rate is 120. Poor handset by Samsung. Service quality also poor, visited service center more than 10 times. But still they couldn't able to resolve. Saw a surprise in service center, every day more than 50 complaints registered for Samsung phones. 
Better to switch to some other brand, option Google or iPhone.

Yes Sir, agree with your point. Mine had display blackout issue, and replaced the screen within 10 months. Now a days, no focus on quality.

I have already visited service center. The reply I got there is they don't know why it has happened & on doubt they have reset phone, updated software & changed mother board. But all these has been done on some doubts, but not on any proper analysis. Similar defect has been observed in one more handset. So I doubt Note 20 Ultra model itself has been supplied defective & Samsung needs to address issues on larger prospective
